Brazil O&M Solutions Manager

Brazil O&M Solutions Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Key Responsibilities: 1. ● Design, maintain, and update the company’s O&M service offerings. ● 2. ● Gather and accurately interpret customer requirements. ● 3. ● Review and provide insights on project RFP documents. ● 4. ● Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects. ● 5. ● Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. ● 6. ● Provide technical input for cost estimation and financial planning. ● 7. ● Participate in client meetings to promote the company’s O&M services. ● 8. ● Support and/or engage in contract negotiations. ●9. ● Define O&M service KPIs and propose service quality improvement plans. ● 10. ● Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. ● Requirements: 1. ● Experience in the wind power industry is required. ● 2. ● Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written). ● 3. ● Ability to work effectively under pressure. ● 4. ● Open-minded with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills. ● 5. ● Preferred qualifications: o International work experience o Engineering degree or related technical background o Knowledge of business, finance, or legal aspect.
