Account Specialist

Role Description The Account Specialist is a full remoted based out of the Sao Paulo, Brazil area. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, tracking shipments, and coordinating with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely drayage, transloading, and delivery services. The Account Specialist works closely with Account Managers to uphold Tigerhawk’s standards for reliability, transparency, and customer service.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to maintain relationships, manage expectations, and ensure high-quality support. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of account-related financial information. Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office software and account management systems are preferred. Ability to engage daily with U.S based operations Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is an advantage.
