Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the annual dealer network plan Assist in defining showroom standards and coordinating construction and final approvals Conduct breakeven and performance analyses of the dealer network Research local market needs and contribute to satisfaction improvement initiatives Help deliver sales and product training to the dealer network Assist in the design, delivery, and upkeep of showroom materials and branding assets

Requirements

Graduation in Business, Accounting or Economy; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package (mainly Excel and PowerPoint); Experience (min. 5 yrs) in Automotive industry; Knowledge in management of dealer performance program Interpersonal Relationships and leadership skills; Fluent in English.

100% on-site (Rochaverá building – near Shopping Morumbi).
