Data strategy coordinator
DRUID CREATIVE
- Graduação em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Comunicação, Administração, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em Data Strategy, Marketing de Influência, Social Analytics, BI ou Inteligência de Mercado.
- Experiência na análise de campanhas com creators e interpretação de métricas de performance para diferentes plataformas sociais.
- Conhecimento do ecossistema de marketing de influência, incluindo formatos de conteúdo, métricas de creators e boas práticas de mensuração de campanhas.
- Experiência com ferramentas de Social Listening, como Sprout Social, Emplifi ou
- similares.
- ● Capacidade de transformar dados em insights estratégicos e recomendações de negócio.
- Experiência na construção de apresentações executivas e storytelling baseado em dados.
- Domínio de metodologias qualitativas e quantitativas.
- Inglês avançado ou fluente (escrito e falado). Será testado.
- Perfil analítico, organizado, colaborativo, proativo e hands-on.
- Produzir relatórios executivos, apresentações e análises estratégicas sobre a performance de campanhas com creators, traduzindo métricas em recomendações claras para clientes e equipes internas.
- Monitorar e analisar indicadores de performance como alcance, impressões, visualizações, engajamento, crescimento de audiência, livestreams, EMV, CPM e demais métricas relevantes para campanhas de influência.
- Desenvolver análises comparativas entre creators, plataformas, formatos de conteúdo e campanhas, construindo benchmarks e identificando oportunidades, tendências e aprendizados para futuras ativações.
- Transformar dados em recomendações estratégicas para otimização de campanhas, seleção de creators e planejamento de conteúdo.
- Desenvolver estudos de audiência, tendências, comportamento do consumidor e comunidades digitais utilizando ferramentas de pesquisa e social intelligence.
- Garantir a consistência, qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados apresentados aos clientes, validando metodologias, indicadores e análises.
- Estruturar metodologias, frameworks e processos para coleta, organização e análise de dados, promovendo padronização e evolução contínua das entregas.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos, documentações e fluxos de trabalho da área.
- Apoiar o desenvolvimento de dashboards, indicadores e novas soluções analíticas para clientes.
