Requisitos
Formação em Recursos Humanos, Administração ou Psicologia;
Experiência com Recrutamento e Seleção de Desenvolvedores;
Nível intermediário em Power BI e Excel;
Experiência com alocação de profissionais.
Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido (presencial em Barueri – Alphaville)
Horário: Das 9h às 18h
Atribuições
Conduzir processos de realocação interna de profissionais de TI (desenvolvedores, analistas, arquitetos, especialistas, etc.).
Atuar como ponto focal entre RH, lideranças e áreas demandantes, garantindo alinhamento de expectativas.
Mapear skills técnicas e comportamentais dos profissionais disponíveis para realocação.
Acompanhar pipeline de vagas internas, perfis elegíveis e prazos.
Garantir cumprimento de SLA de realocação e atualização de status.
Elaborar e manter relatórios, indicadores e dashboards (tempo de realocação, taxa de aproveitamento, backlog, aging).
Apoiar a tomada de decisão sobre movimentações internas, priorizações e exceções.
Atuar na melhoria contínua do processo de mobilidade interna.
Apoiar programas de retenção de talentos e carreira dentro do ecossistema de TI.
