UW Fire Specialist
Liderança na subscrição de riscos operacionais, com foco em análise técnica, apetite de risco e tomada de decisão estratégica.
Condução de negociações e estruturação de resseguro facultativo, alinhadas à otimização da retenção e da transferência de risco.
Interface com corretores e parceiros de negócio para desenvolvimento de soluções aderentes às necessidades da carteira.
Análise de sinistralidade, rentabilidade e performance técnica, apoiando decisões de portfólio.
Atuação em processos de referral e articulação com pares internacionais em riscos de perfil “Large Market”.
Acompanhamento da emissão, fluxo de prêmios e repasse de resseguro/cosseguro, garantindo aderência operacional.
Avaliação de produtos e clausulados, com foco em conformidade regulatória e aderência às normas da SUSEP.
Qualificiações:
Formação superior em Engenharia, Ciências Atuariais, Economia, Administração, Matemática ou Estatística.
Experiência prévia em Subscrição de Riscos Operacionais e Nomeados (96 – RN/RO).
Conhecimento em análise de processos, elaboração de relatórios e acompanhamento de indicadores.
Boa capacidade analítica, organização e comunicação.
Idiomas: Inglês avançado / Espanhol Intermediário
Domínio de ferramentas de pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
