Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Pay Rate: Approximately R$13,000 per month (or R$17,579.18 BRL total)

Schedule: Standard hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus on-call rotation for nights and weekends roughly once every 6 to 12 weeks

Job Description

We are seeking a Post-Production Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for the Post Services and Post-Production Facilities team. In this role, you will support post-production operations, troubleshoot internal proprietary tooling, and ensure continuity of 24/7 global services.

You will work closely with internal teams and external productions, coordinate operational needs, and manage communications across regions and time zones. This position requires strong written communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide post-production services and technical support for both internal teams and external productions. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to internal proprietary tooling. Maintain 24/7 global coverage by processing and resolving issues via a centralized ticketing system. Provide operational support for the Post Services and Post-Production Facilities team. Support MPS operations and ensure continuity of 24/7 services. Work closely with internal teams and manage internal communications. Coordinate and respond to operational needs, issues, and requests. Collaborate with teams across different regions and time zones. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Rotation and Schedule

Monday–Friday: Regular schedule, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday–Sunday: Rotational coverage Weekend rotation: Every 15 days, one team member will be assigned weekend coverage. On-call rotation for nights and weekends roughly once every 6 to 12 weeks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in post-production, media operations, or a similar environment. Experience working with post-production facilities or operational teams. Strong written English proficiency for communication across Slack, email, and ticketing tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operational environment. No voice or phone support required; this is 100% written communication.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with centralized ticketing systems. Familiarity with post-production workflows and proprietary tooling. Prior experience in media operations or a similar technical support environment.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil, with 2 or more days per week onsite (flexible, with increased onsite presence during initial training). Initial contract duration is 1 year. The team operates across Tokyo, Mexico, the US, and Brazil.
