About the role We're building the Inbound merchant operation from the ground up: from onboarding to first order, from funnel analysis to activation strategy at scale. If you enjoy solving complex problems with data, building processes that actually work, and seeing the direct impact of your work on business growth, this role is for you.

What you'll do Manage and optimize the end-to-end merchant onboarding process Identify funnel bottlenecks and turn analysis into concrete operational actions and business recommendations Build SOPs, checklists, and training materials for frontline teams Monitor daily KPIs and create performance tracking mechanisms and review cadences Develop merchant segmentation logic and differentiated strategies Collaborate with product, data, BD, and support teams to remove blockers and drive process improvements

What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or above with experience in sales operations, merchant operations, business analysis, BD support, or local services platforms Ability to translate business goals into concrete daily actions and follow-up mechanisms Familiarity with sales funnels, merchant lifecycle management, or process management Data awareness — Excel skills; SQL or BI tool experience is a strong plus English proficiency required.
