Buscamos alguém que pense em tecnologia, automação e novos caminhos para multiplicar seu alcance. Alguém que construa um modelo que funcione em volume, não que apenas trabalhe mais horas. Responsabilidades Estruturar, revisar, otimizar e validar processos end-to-end para escalar o atendimento da carteira usando tecnologia, automação e processos inteligentes. Criar e manter visão para avaliar a performance em tempo real e corrigir rota quando necessário. Identificar gargalos e propor soluções escaláveis, atuando de forma proativa na melhoria contínua da área. Gerenciar carteira com foco em aumento de share of wallet. Requisitos Conhecimento em como escalar uma operação de vendas usando tecnologia. Conhecimento em utilização de AI para automatizar processos. Experiência prévia com venda e upsell. Organização, atenção aos detalhes e alta capacidade de execução. Perfil proativo, resiliente e com foco em soluções. Vontade de ajudar o cliente. Local de trabalho Híbrido – Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP (com disponibilidade para viagens) PJ Plano de saúde Comissão
