Nível Acadêmico: Ensino Superior Completo Turno/Horas -- Áreas de Atuação Profissional: TI - SAP Descrição: Regional Manager D2C LATAM (Execução & Plataformas) Sobre a Posição Buscamos um(a) Gerente Regional de D2C LATAM responsável por atuar como ponto central para gestão de demandas, incidentes e melhorias nas plataformas de e-commerce da região. Essa posição tem como principal objetivo garantir a rápida identificação, entendimento e direcionamento de problemas técnicos e operacionais, conectando times locais e times de desenvolvimento para assegurar uma resolução eficiente. O papel exige forte capacidade de diagnóstico e entendimento técnico de plataformas e integrações, sem necessidade de desenvolvimento direto. Principais Responsabilidades - Atuar como ponto central de demandas dos países Receber, organizar e priorizar demandas relacionadas às plataformas de e-commerce dos mercados LATAM Garantir visibilidade e acompanhamento das solicitações - Diagnosticar problemas técnicos e operacionais Entender a origem dos problemas reportados (plataforma, integração, processo ou operação) Estruturar claramente o problema para acelerar a resolução - Direcionar e acompanhar times de desenvolvimento Traduzir demandas em tickets claros para times de tecnologia Designar, acompanhar e garantir a resolução junto aos desenvolvedores - Gerenciar backlog e fluxo de incidentes Organizar backlog e demandas em ferramentas como Jira / Azure DevOps Priorizar issues com base em impacto no negócio - Garantir eficiência na resolução Atuar como facilitador para destravar problemas Reduzir tempo de resolução por meio de clareza e estruturação - Acompanhar estabilidade das plataformas Monitorar recorrência de problemas Identificar padrões e oportunidades de melhoria estrutural Requisitos Experiência em operações de e-commerce / D2C Conhecimento prático de Magento (ou similares), ERP e integrações Experiência com gestão de tickets e backlog (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Capacidade de entender problemas técnicos sem necessidade de programar Forte habilidade de organização, priorização e comunicação Perfil analítico e orientado à resolução de problemas Diferenciais Experiência com gestão de incidentes ou suporte técnico avançado Conhecimento de fluxos de integração (APIs, pedidos, pagamentos, logística) Experiência em ambientes regionais/multipaís Habilidades: Presencial5x – Morumbi (SP)SeniorMaio/26Dez/26
