Sales Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Develop mid-term and annual business roadmaps, design and execute core initiatives including market expansion, product portfolio development and brand marketing campaigns. ●Conduct in-depth market research, develop new clients and build sustainable sales distribution channels. ●Formulate pricing frameworks, sales tactics and integrated promotion strategies. ●Identify untapped industry & product category opportunities, and take end-to-end ownership of category growth. ●Elevate and consolidate the brand’s market positioning and competitive standing locally. ●Job RequirementsNative in Portuguese or Spanish, fluent working proficiency in English. ●Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing roles. ● Proven capabilities in client acquisition & account management, market research and data-driven analysis. ● Prior customer development experience in tool industry is highly preferred. ●Strong at target breakdown & execution, excellent cross-stakeholder communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently under high pressure. ●.
