Sales Manager Finance & Entertainment - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, and delivering performance-driven advertising solutionsYou will work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign performance and contribute to the continued growth of Kwai for Business. ●ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle for performance-driven campaigns, from prospecting and client meetings to contract negotiation, campaign strategy, and long-term account management. ●Identify, prospect, and acquire new advertisers within the Entertainment and Finance industries. ●Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. ●Expand existing accounts by identifying new business opportunities and promoting performance-focused advertising solutions. ●Develop strategic proposals tailored to clients'' business objectives and marketing goals. ●Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Operations, Global Business Solutions (GBS), and Client Solutions, to communicate client needs and optimize campaign performance. ●Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize ROI and business results. ●Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital advertising innovations to identify new growth opportunities. ●Represent Kwai for Business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, strengthening relationships and expanding market presence. ●RequirementsProven experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, or performance marketing. ●Experience managing clients within the Entertainment, Finance, Fintech, Streaming, Media, or related industries. ●Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of developing new business and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. ●Solid understanding of digital advertising products, performance marketing, and online media. ●Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ●Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. ●Analytical mindset with experience monitoring campaign performance and interpreting KPIs. ●Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ●Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English. ●Nice to HaveEstablished network of agencies, advertisers, or decision-makers within the Entertainment and Finance industries. ●Experience working with performance-based advertising models, including CPA, CPI, CPC, or ROAS. ●Knowledge of mobile advertising, social media platforms, or ad tech solutions. ●Experience working in international or cross-functional environments. ●.
