Marketing Manager Mako / QGuidance LatAm (Hybrid)

Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do-• Lead the team responsible for the product or portfolio strategy for QGuidance in LatAm. Support and create Brand campaign for Mako in Latam.
• Guide others to deconstruct and extract the strategy from a well-written marketing plan. Coach others on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors.
• Share marketing intelligence and information with team. Establish pricing strategy, including contract pricing.
• Coach others on how to utilize the product or portfolio structure to maximize brand equity. Demonstrate financial acumen. Develop an effective KPI strategy for the business.
• Supervise others in their use of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
• Lead a team of professionals: develop employees, which includes hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures.
• Promote an environment that fosters personal growth and development. Hold team accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities.
• Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives. What you need- Required:
Bachelor’s degree.
Advanced English skills.
Advanced Spanish skills.
Previous experience in Marketing.
Previous Experience in the Medical Devices field.
Desired:
MBA.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Travel Percentage: 40%
