Manager Talent Acquisition

Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities across Brazil, supporting both Corporate and Retail functions. This role partners closely with business and HR leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. The position also leads Employer Branding initiatives, drives a more consultative Talent Acquisition approach, manages the Retail Recruitment vendor relationship, and develops a high-performing recruitment team to support business growth and future talent needs.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Corporate and Retail functions in Brazil, ensuring efficient hiring processes and high-quality talent outcomes

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights and talent acquisition expertise to support business objectives.

• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies, including proactive talent pipelining for critical and future hiring needs.

• Lead Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen adidas' position as an employer of choice and enhance talent attraction across key talent segments.

• Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring diverse talent pipelines, inclusive hiring practices, and equitable candidate experiences.

• Manage the Retail Recruitment vendor partnership, ensuring delivery excellence, performance against agreed KPIs and continuous process improvement.

• Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, building a high-performing and collaborative function.

• Drive recruitment excellence through data-driven decision making, process optimization, innovation and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition within multinational and/or fast-paced organizations, covering both professional and high-volume hiring.
• Previous experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
• Experience managing external recruitment vendors, agencies or RPO partners.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding, talent attraction strategies and talent market intelligence.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to leverage recruitment data to support business decisions.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working in regional and matrix organizations is highly desirable.
