Customer Success Manager (Telecom) - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Esse profissional atuará diretamente dentro do cliente, sendo responsável por conectar estratégia, execução e resultados, assegurando que as soluções implementadas gerem impacto mensurável no negócio. ●Principais responsabilidades:Gestão de Relacionamento e Sucesso do Cliente
- Atuar como principal ponto de contato com stakeholders do cliente (nível gerencial e executivo)
- Garantir alto nível de satisfação (NPS) e retenção de contratos
- Desenvolver planos de sucesso do cliente (Customer Success Plans)
- Antecipar riscos e propor ações preventivasEntrega de Projetos e Consultoria
- Liderar frentes de projetos consultivos dentro do cliente
- Garantir qualidade das entregas, prazos e resultados acordados
- Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções estruturadas
- Atuar como ponte entre time técnico e clienteGeração de Valor e Expansão
- Identificar oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell
- Construir business cases para expansão de contratos
- Acompanhar KPIs e métricas de valor entregue ao cliente
- Conectar entregas com resultados financeiros e estratégicosGovernança e Gestão
- Estruturar e conduzir reuniões executivas (QBRs, comitês)
- Criar relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de acompanhamento
- Garantir alinhamento entre todas as partes envolvidas
- Gerenciar múltiplas demandas e stakeholders simultaneamenteIndicadores de sucesso (KPIs)
- Retenção de clientes (%)
- Expansão de receita (NRR)
- NPS / satisfação do cliente
- Atingimento de metas do projeto
- Conhecimento no segmento de Telecom
- Experiência em consultoria estratégica, gestão de projetos ou customer success
- Forte habilidade de relacionamento com clientes (perfil consultivo)
- Capacidade analítica e orientação a dados e IA
- Experiência com stakeholders de nível gerencial/executivo
- Excelente comunicação e storytelling
