Sales Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is a strategic and hands-on sales leadership role, ideal for someone with a proven track record in personal care actives and specialty ingredients, who thrives on building partnerships and uncovering new opportunities. ●Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue growth for Personal Care Actives and related ingredients across assigned territories. ●Identify, qualify, and secure new business with formulators, contract manufacturers, and brand owners. ●Expand business opportunities and share of wallet with existing GPI/RNL customers. ●Provide market intelligence and insights on emerging trends, technologies, and competitor activity. ●Support the introduction of new products and active ingredients into the portfolio. ●Collaborate with internal teams on sales strategy, marketing campaigns, and technical presentations. ●Represent GPI at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. ●Maintain detailed customer records and report on progress, forecasts, and key performance indicators. ●RequirementsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Personal Care Actives or related specialty ingredients within Brazil. ●Strong network of relationships with formulators, manufacturers, and brand owners. ●Proven success in business development, sales strategy, and revenue generation. ●Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline (required). ●Willingness to travel frequently throughout the territory (25%). ●Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ●Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently. ●Why Join UsLead commercial growth in a dynamic and fast-evolving market segment. ●Represent a portfolio of high-performance, science-backed ingredients. ●Collaborate with a passionate, global team driving innovation in personal care. ●Competitive compensation, travel opportunities, and strong career development potential. ●.
