Playtech  is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead our growth strategy in Brazil.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Define and execute Playtech's commercial strategy for Brazil.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with operators and strategic partners.
• Lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and product growth initiatives.
• Represent Playtech at industry events, conferences, and key stakeholder forums.
• Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver customer success.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Proven track record in commercial leadership, business development, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience driving revenue growth and managing C-level client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
• Experience in iGaming, betting, fintech, SaaS, technology, or digital entertainment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian business landscape.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in our office in São Paulo, with readiness to travel.
