Sales Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This is an excellent opportunity for a driven medtech sales professional with strong distributor management experience and a proven track record in cardiovascular, interventional, or related healthcare markets. ●Key responsibilities- Lead sales strategy and execution across Brazil. ●- Manage and develop distributor and channel partner relationships. ●- Build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, procurement teams, and key stakeholders. ●- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share. ●- Support product launches, commercial campaigns, and customer education initiatives. ●- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional sales performance. ●- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, clinical, regulatory, and operations. ●- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. ●Candidate profile- Proven sales leadership experience in medical devices, ideally cardiovascular, interventional, or other high-value healthcare technologies. ●- Strong experience working through distributors or indirect sales channels. ●- Ability to build credibility with clinical and commercial stakeholders. ●- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ●- Strong understanding of the Brazilian medtech market. ●- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ●- Fluent Portuguese required; English preferred. ●.
