Account Manager - Enterprise

Buscamos um profissional para atuar no gerenciamento e desenvolvimento da carteira de clientes, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando novas oportunidades de negócio.
- Responsabilidades
Realizar acompanhamento da cartela de clientes e prospectar novos clientes.
Cadastrar clientes e oportunidades no sistema (CRM), para seguir acompanhando via tarefas.
Atualizar as tarefas no sistema de acordo com os contatos e evoluções dos negócios.
Emitir proposta e realizar contatos para negociação final.
Desenvolver negociações e conduzir para o fechamento.
Finalizar pedidos no sistema envio ao Back Office.
Acompanhar relacionamento de pós-venda e satisfação do cliente para desenvolvimentos de novos negócios e oportunidades.
Realizar agendamento de apresentações e reuniões com clientes.
Participar de reuniões com coordenador do canal, bem como reuniões do setor do comercial inteiro.
Elaborar e apresentar plano de ação para atingir metas mensais e anuais.
Participar de Webinar e treinamentos dos fabricantes para conhecimento das ferramentas. - Habilidades Técnicas
