Senior Hr Oracle Tech Lead - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role serves as the primary technical authority for Oracle-based HR systems, ensuring stable operations, scalable integrations, and alignment with business and HR strategy. ● The position partners closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to design, build, support, and continuously improve HR platforms, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRIS, and integration technologies. ●RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for HR systems, with primary ownership of Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle E-Business Suite for HR related modules. ● Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and cloud transitions. ● Design, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring reliable and secure data exchange between HR systems and upstream/downstream applications. ● Lead technical analysis, solution design, configuration, customization, and testing activities for HR technology initiatives. ● Ensure system stability, performance, security, and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements. ● Partner with HRIS & functional leads to translate business requirements into scalable Technical Solutions. ● Manage and guide development standards, code reviews, and release management processes. ● Support and optimize legacy and ongoing integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite during co-existence or transition phases. ● Coordinate with managed service providers, system integrators, and Oracle Support as needed. ● Provide Tier 3 production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for complex technical problems. ●Maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and operating procedures. ● Participate in roadmap planning, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. ● Ensure effective use of tools such as Jira, GLPI, Comind, SharePoint, etc. ● for documentation, and collaboration platforms for cross-functional alignment. ● KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. ● Job Experience 8+ years of experience supporting and developing Oracle HR systems, including significant hands-on technical leadership experience. ● Demonstrated experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12. ●2. ●X, particularly HR, Payroll, or related modules. ● Strong experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. ● Proven expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud. ● Experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring other technical resources. ● Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization. ● Knowledge and Skills Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM architecture, security, data models, and integration platforms. ● Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture, including online patching and customization frameworks. ● Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP services, file-based integrations, and event-driven integrations. ● Experience in Oracle OBIEE, BI Publisher, and Web ADI development Experience with SQL, PL/SQL with a strong knowledge of HR and workflows Experience in Forms / OA Framework personalization Maintain interfaces across systems including external applications. ● Integration experience using Oracle FMW, EDI, and SOA web services is preferred Knowledge of Workflow and AME approval process. ● Proficiency with source control and deployment tools such as Tortoise SVN. ● Familiarity with job scheduling, automation, and monitoring tools (e. ●G. ●, Skybot, OIC) Experience using Jira for agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. ● Strong documentation and collaboration skills using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, etc. ● Solid understanding of HR Business Processes and data domains. ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. ●Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities. ● Desirable Job Competencies Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term architecture with near-term delivery needs. ● Strong leadership and influencing skills without direct authority. ● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. ● High degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail. ● Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment with evolving technology. ● Continuous improvement orientation and interest in emerging HR and cloud technologies. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and delivery commitments. ● Additional Requirements (travel, etc. ●) 1. ●Less than 20% travel as needed to support project deployments, design workshops, and similar. ●.
