Organizational Change Management Lead - Detalhes da Vaga. ● The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Change Management strategy and execution across the ACC region, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. ●Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of Organizational Change Management activities across the ACC region. ●Develop and manage detailed OCM plans (Level 3+), aligned with programme milestones and business objectives. ●Execute core OCM deliverables including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, communications, training, and readiness activities. ●Provide weekly status reporting on OCM progress, risks, issues, and key milestones. ●Identify, manage, and mitigate regional change risks while supporting local country teams with their change challenges. ●Collaborate closely with Regional Americas and Global OCM teams to ensure alignment with overall change strategy and methodology. ●Support business leaders and stakeholders throughout the transformation lifecycle to drive user adoption and business readiness. ●Required ExperienceProven experience leading Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programmes. ●Strong understanding of OCM methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent). ●Experience in stakeholder management, communications planning, change impact assessments, and organisational readiness. ●Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures in a regional environment. ●Previous pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industry experience preferred. ●Fluent Portuguese and English are essential. ● Spanish is advantageous. ●Contract DetailsDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: BrazilStart: ASAPThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Change Management professional to support a strategic transformation programme within a leading global pharmaceutical company. ●.
