Sales Executive Brazil - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Responsabilidades:Apresentação de vendas e análise das necessidades:Realizar apresentações de produtos/serviços durante as reuniões com os clientes, analisando as necessidades dos clientes para propor soluções adaptadas. ●Negociação e fechamento de vendas:Utilizar fortes capacidades de negociação para fechar vendas, gerir aspectos orçamentais e tarefas administrativas relacionadas com a finalização de negócios. ●Gestão de relações e upselling:Trabalhar com os clientes para garantir o sucesso das contas principais, identificando oportunidades de upselling para oferecer produtos/serviços adicionais. ●Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipa de Customer Success para garantir o upselling dos clientes atuais. ●Colaboração em equipe:Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipas internas, especialmente as de Parcerias e Marketing, para organizar eventos, alinhar estratégias e conduzir eficazmente iniciativas de geração de leads. ●Fornecer apoio e orientação à equipa de vendas, especialmente aos perfis júnior, ajudando nos seus processos de aprendizagem em curso, dotando-os dos conhecimentos e perspectivas necessários para melhorar a sua capacidade de fechar negócios de forma eficaz. ●Requisitos:Mais de 3 anos de experiência em cargos de vendas em empresas de mídia on-line ou marketing digital. ●É preferível ter experiência em vendas no setor de Mídia. ●Sólidas habilidades de comunicação e negociação, com capacidade de conduzir o processo de vendas do "planejamento" ao "fechamento". ●Mentalidade voltada para metas. ● Confortável com uma meta de vendas trimestral. ●Dinâmico e entusiasmado, com forte desejo de vencer. ●Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de gerenciamento de tempo, com capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, mas também de colaborar e participar como membro da equipe. ●Inglês ou Espanhol (Obrigatório). ●Benefícios:Modelo PJ - com 13º salário. ●Horário flexível. ●Filosofia de equilíbrio de trabalho. ●Ótimo ambiente de trabalho. ●Excelentes oportunidades de desenvolvimento. ●Happy hour todos os meses. ●Programas de bem-estar e treinamento. ●Candidatar a esta vaga#J-18808-Ljbffr.
