HR Business Partner Specialist

Principais responsabilidades Atuar como parceira estratégica das lideranças da Numen; Apoiar a integração organizacional e cultural entre os colaboradores e Grupo Numen; Garantir a execução e sustentação dos processos corporativos de Pessoas de forma coerente com a realidade da operação; Apoiar líderes em temas relacionados a gestão, performance, feedback, desenvolvimento e engajamento; Conduzir discussões organizacionais e apoiar tomadas de decisão relacionadas a pessoas; Identificar riscos de clima, retenção, alinhamento e estrutura organizacional; Apoiar iniciativas de desenvolvimento de liderança e fortalecimento cultural; Contribuir para evolução da maturidade de gestão da operação; Atuar de forma próxima ao negócio, entendendo os desafios da operação de serviços e consultoria; Utilizar dados e indicadores para apoiar diagnósticos, tomada de decisão e priorização de ações de Pessoas.

Experiência consolidada como HRBP; Vivência em empresas de tecnologia, consultoria, serviços ou ambientes de crescimento acelerado; Capacidade de transitar entre estratégia e execução; Forte habilidade analítica e orientação a dados; Capacidade de estruturar análises, gerar diagnósticos e transformar informações em ações; Forte habilidade de relacionamento e influência; Boa leitura organizacional e maturidade política; Perfil mão na massa, com autonomia e pragmatismo; Capacidade de construir relações de confiança com lideranças e sócios; Experiência com desenvolvimento organizacional, liderança e gestão de pessoas; Disponibilidade para atuação próxima à operação da Numen em São Paulo (híbrido pelo menos 2x por semana no escritório).Diferenciais
