Business Process Management Consultant - Detalhes da Vaga. ● O profissional atuará de forma transversal, em contato direto com líderes e especialistas de cada área, com autonomia para conduzir o projeto do início à entrega. ●Responsabilidade- Realizar entrevistas e workshops com stakeholders para levantamento e documentação de processos- Mapear fluxos AS-IS utilizando notação BPMN e ferramentas como Bizagi, Visio ou similares- Desenvolver Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs/SOPs) para as áreas de TI, Finanças, Comercial & Marketing e Operações- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor fluxos TO-BE de forma estruturada- Estabelecer modelo de governança documental: responsáveis, ciclo de revisão e controle de versão- Entregar biblioteca de processos organizada e estruturada ao final do engajamento- Conduzir repasse de conhecimento para garantir que as equipes internas mantenham a documentação de forma independenteRequisitos- Experiência em consultoria de processos, análise de negócios ou excelência operacional- Experiência comprovada em elaboração de SOPs/POPs e mapeamento de processos em ambientes multidepartamentais- Conhecimento em BPM (Business Process Management) e notação BPMN- Domínio de ferramentas de mapeamento: Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio ou equivalente- Boas habilidades de facilitação e gestão de stakeholders- Perfil autônomo, organizado e orientado à entrega dentro de prazos definidos- Fluência em inglês.
