WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Manager, you will drive the tactical execution of cross-functional projects, with a particular focus on operational excellence and the integration of new technologies.

Main responsibilities:

• Automation Implementation: directly support the team’s goal of improving processes with AI by identifying manual bottlenecks and building the automation required to increase team velocity
• NPI & Execution: lead the execution of GTM initiatives, including new product introductions (NPI) and major product launches
• Project Management: provide end-to-end management for strategic programs, including tracking milestones, managing data collection, and ensuring final delivery
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain up-to-date process documentation and share data-driven insights with leadership to guide strategic decision-making

WHO YOU ARE

• 5-7+ years of operations or program management experience in SaaS
• Proactive and autonomous, capable of shaping strategy with limited oversight
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
