Accounts Receivable Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant who will be responsible for the following activities:

Key Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of bank transactions for BRL and USD accounts;
• Invoice reconciliation;
• Follow-up on outstanding payments via email and phone;
• Preparation of reports;
• Monitoring and updating pending cases in the system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field;
• Knowledge of International Trade, preferably in the maritime transportation industry;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills;
• Knowledge of SAP - nice to have.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
