Paid Media Designer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Job Description:We are looking for a talented and innovative Paid Media Graphics & Video Designer to join our creative team. ● In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging content for various digital marketing campaigns for Paid Social and Paid Search ads. ● You will collaborate with the Accounts and Design teams to translate campaign goals and ideas into captivating designs that attract and convert audiences. ●Responsibilities:Develop high-quality creative assets for digital advertising campaigns, including graphic designs, video editing and animations optimized for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google placements)Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging ad creatives tailored for different audience segments, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. ●Adapt existing assets into new iterations as well as repurpose for various ad formats and placements, ensuring optimized designs for each placement and platformStay up-to-date with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging formats to continually innovate and improve ad performance. ●Work closely with the Accounts team to develop new creative concepts, ensuring that visual and messaging elements work together harmoniously. ●Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing quality with deadlines and project requirements. ●Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field. ●Proven experience (3+ years) as a creative designer in a digital marketing or advertising setting. ●Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma. ●Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and ad specifications. ●Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating high-converting ad designs for digital platforms. ●Ability to design dynamic creative (motion graphics, animation) is a plus. ●Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. ●Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ●Fluent in EnglishLegally able to work in BrazilAble to work Mon-Fri 9-5 EST.
