Policy Coordinator - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role will be responsible for ensuring that guidelines covering Riders, Customers, and Partners are consistent, compliant and aligned with company values, while supporting cross-functional teams in managing risks and safeguarding reputation. ●Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, implementation, and continuous update of safety policies for Riders, Customers, and Partners. ●Ensure governance and consistency of policies across all business units and regions. ●Partner with Legal, Public Relations, Operations, and Support teams to guarantee compliance and mitigate reputational risks. ●Conduct policy audits and compliance reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans. ●Support operational and crisis decision-making through clear and actionable policy frameworks. ●Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding safety policy matters. ●Train and support regional teams to ensure understanding and adoption of policies. ●Use data and insights to measure policy effectiveness and recommend improvements. ●RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related fields. ●3+ years of experience in policy governance, compliance, corporate safety, or related areas. ●Strong writing, editing, and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and practical guidelines. ●Solid stakeholder management and negotiation experience, balancing legal, operational, and reputational needs. ●Knowledge of compliance frameworks, governance, and safety operations. ●Ability to translate complex regulations into practical and applicable policies. ●Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. ●Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. ●Position HighlightsOpportunity to shape and strengthen the company’s global safety policy framework. ●High exposure to cross-functional teams and senior leadership. ●Strategic position with direct impact on risk mitigation and reputation management. ●.
