Strategy Consultants — Mastercard Advisors - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Our Strategy & Transformation team leads clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges. ●We are growing our Strategy & Transformation team in Brazil and hiring at FOUR different seniority levels for the same engagement:?? CHOOSE YOUR LEVEL?? Consultant — up to 3 years of experience. ● You''ll bring creative input to projects, independently structure and synthesize analysis, support client presentations, and grow with mentorship from consulting leaders. ●?? Associate Managing Consultant — 3 - 5years of experience. ● You''ll manage deliverables and workstreams, create impactful storylines, own client relationships at manager level, and coach junior consultants. ●?? Managing Consultant — 6-10 years of experience. ● You''ll lead client engagements end-to-end, develop strategies for large regional and global clients, own mid-to-senior stakeholder relationships, and support business deveopment. ●?? WHAT YOU''LL DO (ALL LEVELS)

• Solve strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges across industries
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology to unlock client value
• Apply structured problem solving to improve clients'' overall strategy, performance, and operations
• Build trusted working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders (Product, BusinessDevelopment)
• Prepare and deliver effective, business-focused client presentations with impactful storylines
• Contribute to the firm''s intellectual capital and a collaborative, inclusive team culture? WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
• Undergraduate degree + experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management
• Logical, structured thinking and a strong affinity for numerical analysis
• Experience managing clients, internal stakeholders, and/or teams (scope grows with level)
• Advanced Word, Excel,and PowerPoint
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to communicate effectively in English? NICE TO HAVE
• Experience managing workstreams in collaborative environments with third parties
• Track record generating new knowledge or innovative solutions for a firm
• Relevant industry expertise (banking, payments, retail, restaurants)
