Pre - Sales Manager

Estamos buscando um(a) Pre-Sales Manager para liderar e desenvolver uma operação de prospecção B2B em uma empresa de tecnologia em forte crescimento, com atuação internacional e foco em soluções inovadoras para transformação digital, automação e eficiência operacional.

Essa posição terá papel estratégico na construção de processos escaláveis de geração de demanda, desenvolvimento de equipe e alinhamento entre áreas comerciais, marketing e operações de receita.

Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, forte capacidade de liderança e experiência em ambientes de vendas consultivas e ciclos comerciais complexos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o desempenho do time de Pré-Vendas (BDRs/SDRs), com foco prioritário em estratégias outbound;
  • Garantir a qualidade das oportunidades geradas e a evolução dos indicadores de conversão ao longo do funil;
  • Estruturar, otimizar e escalar processos de prospecção e qualificação;
  • Atuar em parceria com os times de Vendas, Marketing e Revenue Operations para maximizar previsibilidade e eficiência do pipeline;
  • Implementar, monitorar e evoluir metodologias de qualificação e discovery, como SPIN Selling, GPCT e MEDDIC;
  • Analisar indicadores de performance e utilizar dados para tomada de decisão estratégica;
  • Participar da definição de ICPs, segmentações, territórios e estratégias de abordagem;
  • Desenvolver playbooks, cadências e boas práticas para aumentar produtividade e conversão da equipe;
  • Avaliar e implementar ferramentas, automações e soluções baseadas em inteligência artificial para potencializar a operação comercial.

Requisitos

Obrigatórios

  • Experiência prévia liderando equipes de Pré-Vendas (BDRs/SDRs);
  • Vivência em vendas consultivas e processos comerciais complexos;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação a indicadores;
  • Experiência com CRM e gestão de pipeline;
  • Excelente comunicação, liderança e habilidade de gestão de performance;
  • Experiência com estratégias de prospecção outbound;
  • Vivência em empresas SaaS, tecnologia ou consultorias B2B.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com Account Based Prospecting (ABP);
  • Conhecimento em metodologias como SPIN, GPCT e MEDDIC;
  • Experiência com social selling, especialmente LinkedIn e comunidades profissionais;
  • Vivência na implementação e gestão de ferramentas de IA aplicadas à prospecção e geração de demanda;
  • Experiência em operações comerciais com atuação internacional.
