Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)- B2B SaaS

We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our growing B2B SaaS team.
This role focuses on outbound cold and warm calling to businesses in the security systems maintenance and service plan industry , with the goal of identifying key decision-makers and booking qualified meetings or product demonstrations for our sales team.
You will be the first point of contact in the sales process—responsible for opening doors, building interest, and generating high-quality pipeline opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold and warm calls to targeted B2B prospects daily
- Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers such as Operations Managers, Service Directors, and Business Owners
- Clearly communicate our SaaS value proposition and how it helps companies manage and scale security maintenance/service operations
- Qualify leads based on fit and interest, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profile
- Book qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Accurately log all activities, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM
- Maintain disciplined follow-ups and pipeline tracking
Requirements
Communication & Language
- Native-level English speaker (US/UK/Canada market standard)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional, and neutral accent
- Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and persuade decision-makers over the phone
Experience & Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing
- Prior experience in SaaS or security/field service industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (calls, notes, tasks, pipelines)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, tracking)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word (reporting and script usage/editing)
