Medical Device Sales Manager

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets across Brazil
Identify and develop new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Promote WEGO’s product portfolio and related solutions
Manage distributor networks and support channel partners in target markets
Participate in public tenders and manage the full bidding process in compliance with EU procurement regulations
Conduct market analysis, competitor bench marking, and customer insights to support strategic decisions
Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings Qualifications
More than 8 years of experience in medical device sales
Strong understanding of Brazil medical procurement processes and tender systems
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new markets
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Willingness to travel frequently across the region
