Role: SAP Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePPDS) Consultant / Architect

Seeking an experienced SAP ePPDS Consultant / Architect to design, configure, implement, and deploy SAP ePPDS solutions within SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Cloud for automotive manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ePPDS implementations and global rollouts across Mexico, North America, and Europe.


• Design, configure, and optimize ePPDS master data, including PPMs, resources, production versions, work centers, routings, capacity models, scheduling strategies, and bucket planning.


• Configure and manage detailed scheduling boards, planning heuristics, optimization runs, sequencing strategies, and production scheduling processes.


• Support integration between ePPDS and SAP S/4HANA modules (PP, MM, SD, PM) ensuring end-to-end process alignment.


• Configure and support repetitive manufacturing (REM) and rate-based planning processes.


• Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analyses, and solution design discussions.


• Produce comprehensive process, configuration, and solution documentation in low-documentation environments.


• Lead User Acceptance Testing, go‑live activities, hyper‑care support, and production stabilization.


• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness programs.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).


• Minimum 5 years of SAP ePPDS implementation and configuration experience.


• Strong expertise in PPMs, resources, scheduling horizons, bucket planning, and detailed scheduling boards.


• Experience designing and supporting complex production planning and scheduling solutions.


• Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Cloud environments.


• Solid background in automotive manufacturing operations and repetitive manufacturing.


• Proven track record delivering full SAP project lifecycles (Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Go‑Live, Hyper‑care).


• Willingness to travel approximately one week per month to client sites in Mexico, North America, and Europe.

Role: SAP L1/L2 Support Engineer

Provides first‑line technical support for SAP systems, monitors system health, troubleshoots basic issues, and escalates complex problems to higher‑level support teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, triage, and resolve L1/L2 support tickets for SAP systems (e.G., SD, MM, FICO).


• Monitor system performance and logs to identify and address potential issues proactively.


• Collaborate with L3 engineers and business teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.


• Assist end‑users with basic SAP system inquiries and provide training when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SAP support or IT service desk roles.


• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, ABAP basics, and integration tools.


• Optional: SAP certification (e.G., SAP Certified Application Associate).


• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.


• Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages.

Role: Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant

Leads end‑to‑end O2C processes, designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions to support revenue growth and operational efficiency in automotive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA O2C solutions, including Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns.


• Configure SAP SD modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.


• Ensure seamless integration between SD, FI, MM, and logistics/warehouse operations.


• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, deliverables, and conduct workshops with sales and finance stakeholders.


• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and leverage S/4HANA in‑memory capabilities for real‑time insights.

Qualifications

• Senior Consultant / Lead level with 5+ years of experience preferred.


• Deep expertise in SAP SD (ECC + S/4HANA).


• Mandatory experience with Pricing, Billing, Sales Order Processing, and Credit Management.


• Mandatory experience in Manufacturing;
  Automotive industry experience is a strong plus.


• Participation in at least 1–2 full‑cycle SAP implementations.

Role: Senior SAP Finance (FI) Consultant

Owns end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report processes, designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards.


• Architect solutions for Sales & Administration and streamline Procurement workflows.


• Oversee configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to optimize financial reporting, analysis, and order‑to‑cash processes.


• Collaborate with project managers to define scope and manage timelines for Finance and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Senior/Lead level with 5+ years of experience.


• Deep expertise in SAP FI (ECC + S/4HANA), including the Universal Journal and Fiori apps.


• At least 1–2 full‑cycle SAP implementations with a proven track record in complex, global transformation programs.


• Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry;
  Automotive sector experience is a strong plus.


• Expertise in financial closing optimization and cross‑functional integration.


• Fluent English for business and technical communication.

Role: Senior SAP Plan-to-Deliver (P2D) Logistics Consultant

Responsible for end‑to‑end logistics execution processes within SAP S/4HANA, improving delivery performance and supply chain visibility in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define outbound and inbound delivery processes, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation planning.


• Ensure seamless integration between SD, MM, warehouse systems, and transportation platforms.


• Lead workshops with logistics and supply chain teams, defining workstream scopes and supporting testing through go‑live.


• Act as a bridge between logistics, supply chain, and IT to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Senior Consultant / Lead level with 5+ years of experience.

Role: Senior SAP EWM Specialist

Architects and implements high-performance warehouse management solutions on S/4HANA, integrating automation and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design complex flows of inbound, outbound, and internal processes (kitting, slotting, consolidation).


• Lead the integration of SAP EWM with warehouse automation systems (Material Flow System), such as sorters, AGVs, and stacker cranes.


• Configure Brazilian tax particularities impacting inventory and movement, ensuring integration with the TAX module.


• Apply AI concepts to predict operational bottlenecks and optimize inventory zoning.


• Act as a bridge between distribution center operations and global technology guidelines.

Technical Skills

• Deep experience in Warehouse Structure, POSC/LOSC, and Wave Management configurations.


• Experience configuring radio frequency devices and mobile technologies for real‑time operation.
