Sap Finance Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP Finance (FI) Consultant to own end-to-end Recordto-Report (R2R) processes. This is a pivotal role dedicated to designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions that ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and optimized reporting within a complex manufacturing environment. This is a senior, hands-on position requiring a consultant who can design, configure, and influence business decisions rather than a standard staff augmentation profile.Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the architecture of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Process Optimization: Architect solutions for Sales & Administration and streamline Procurement workflows to enhance integration with vendor management and sales processes.
• Implementation & Configuration: Oversee the configuration of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to optimize financial reporting, analysis, and order-to-cash processes.
• Project Leadership: Collaborate with project managers to define scope for Finance, manage timelines for Sales & Administration, and implement efficient procurement methodologies.

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Experience: Senior/Lead level with 5+ years of experience preferred.
• SAP Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP FI (ECC + S/4HANA), including the Universal Journal and Fiori apps.
• Project History: At least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations and a proven track record in complex, global transformation programs.
• Industry Knowledge: Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry;
  experience in the Automotive sector is a strong plus.
• Functional Skills: Expertise in financial closing optimization and cross-functional integration.
• Language: Fluent English is mandatory for both business and technical communication.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and the ability to lead workshops and influence business decisions.
