Bim Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● This role is ideal for someone with deep hands-on Archicad expertise who can guide teams, improve BIM processes, and ensure high-quality project delivery. ●What you’ll doSet up and manage Archicad template and project files, teamwork environments. ●Review and coordinate BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. ●Support architects and project teams with complex modeling, documentation, and coordination issues. ●Lead BIM coordination workflows, including IFC exchange, model federation, clash review, and issue tracking. ●Improve internal BIM standards, workflows, and best practices for Archicad-based projects. ●Train and mentor team members to work efficiently and consistently in Archicad. ●What we’re looking for10+ years of experience, at least 5 years modeling in Archicad and at least 2 years as BIM ManagerArchicad Super User with advanced hands-on expertise. ●Strong background in BIM coordination, model management, documentation, and project standards. ●Knowledge of openBIM, IFC workflows, clash coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration. ●Ability to lead, train, and support project teams. ●C1 English level or higher, both written and spoken. ●Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ●Role: BIM Manager – Archicad Super UserExperience: 10+ yearsEnglish: C1+Software: Archicad advanced / super user level.
