Meta Media Buyer - Detalhes da Vaga. ● S. ●-based marketing and growth agency that partners with local businesses and performance-driven brands across multiple industries. ● Their focus is on paid media, creative testing, lead generation, and full-funnel growth strategies, helping clients scale through data-driven marketing and continuous optimization. ●They are seeking a talented Meta Media Buyer to join their team and support the growth of their client portfolio. ●Role OverviewAs a Meta Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for a variety of clients. ● This is a highly analytical and strategic role that requires strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, performance marketing, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign optimization. ●You will work closely with internal teams and clients to identify growth opportunities, improve campaign performance, and drive measurable business results. ●Key responsibilities include:Building, launching, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns. ●Managing campaign budgets and performance targets. ●Developing audience targeting and retargeting strategies. ●Conducting creative testing and performance analysis. ●Monitoring key metrics such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates. ●Presenting insights and recommendations to clients. ●Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to improve results. ●Staying current with Meta platform updates and industry best practices. ●LogisticsRemote position (LATAM preferred)Part-time to start, with strong potential to transition into a full-time role. ●U. ●S. ● business hours (primarily EST)Long-term opportunity with growth potentialRequirementsMust Have3+ years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. ●Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager. ● Experience with lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns. ●Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data. ●Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and Advantage+ campaigns. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ●Excellent English communication skills. ● Experience working directly with clients and presenting campaign results. ●Nice to HaveExperience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or Ads. ●Experience with GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar reporting platforms. ●Understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin, and other business-level marketing me trics. ●Previous experience working with U. ●S. ●-based agencies or brands. ●What Success Looks LikeAbility to improve campaign performance while maintaining profitability. ●Strong testing mindset and data-driven decision-making. ●Confidence in client-facing communication. ●Ability to connect media buying performance to overall business outcomes. ●Proactive approach to optimization, reporting, and strategic recommendations. ●.
