We are looking for Salesforce AI Analyst, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities):
- Work on implementing and configuring AI features in Salesforce. Analyze data and identify opportunities for the use of machine learning and intelligent automation. Develop and optimize predictive and analytical models applied to CRM. Work collaboratively with business and technology teams to translate needs into AI-based solutions. Create actionable dashboards, reports, and insights in Salesforce. Ensure the quality, governance, and security of the data used. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives using AI.
Mandatory Skills
- Knowledge in LLMs, generative AI, NLP, agent automation, and data modeling.
