Descrição da vaga
- Liderar a operação no Brasil, incluindo áreas de Vendas, Pós-Vendas/Serviços, Operações, Administração, financeiro, Supply, produção, engenharia e qualidade;
- Desenvolver e executar o plano estratégico de crescimento da unidade no país;
- Conduzir a expansão comercial com foco em venda de novos equipamentos industriais;
- Fortalecer e estruturar a área de aftermarket/serviços/peças/contratos de manutenção;
- Garantir excelência no relacionamento com clientes estratégicos em segmentos industriais;
- Gerir e desenvolver times locais, promovendo alta performance e cultura de accountability;
- Atuar diretamente em negociações com grandes contas e projetos complexos;
- Gerenciar P&L da operação no Brasil, com foco em margem e crescimento sustentável;
- Reportar diretamente à matriz nos EUA e atuar como representante da empresa no país;
- Garantir compliance, governança e alinhamento com diretrizes globais.
Perfil desejado
- Formação superior completa (Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas);
- Inglês fluente;
- Experiência em empresas de equipamentos industriais (ex.: bombas, compressores, válvulas, HVAC industrial, máquinas ou equipamentos de processo).
