Senior Project Manager - Detalhes da Vaga. ● Project Management experience working with clients in healthcare / pharma (or experience working in healthcare / pharma businesses directly)2. ● Project Management experience in relation to marketing / advertising initiatives and campaigns. ●3. ● Confident Spoken English is essential*** PLEASE SUBMIT CVs IN ENGLISH ONLY ***The role drives operational excellence in Workfront, partnering with Account Services and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. ● You''ll manage a project portfolio and maintain detailed plans and deadlines in Workfront. ●Project Operations & Workfront Ownership- Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, attach templates and custom forms, ensure project metadata is accurate and complete, set up tasks, role assignments, timelines, and status management; ensure compliant project closeout and reconciliation. ●- Continuously monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; proactively surface risks, deadlines at risk, and capacity conflicts. ●Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication- Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign the right roles to tasks and to identify need for freelancers/vendors. ●- Lead project-related discussions and provide clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal status meetings (internal meeting support only). ●Reporting, Forecasting & Governance- Complete project, utilization, and performance reports (Workfront & client systems (VVPM)) to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs. ●- Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely project reconciliation/close. ●Process Optimisation- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance delivery times, efficiency, and resource allocation; suggest templates, automations, and dashboards as needed. ●- Participate in weekly project allocation resourcing meetings.
