Compensation And Job Evaluation Consultant - Detalhes da Vaga. ● - Conduct strategic analyses to support decision-making, including salary structures, benefit plans and incentive schemes. ●- Advise senior leadership on matters related to fixed and variable compensation. ●- Monitor and analyze area indicators, proposing corrective actions and improvements. ●- Represent the company in audits and processes related to the area. ●- Coordinate large projects, such as reviews of job and salary plans and market surveys. ●- Ensure alignment between internal practices and current legislation. ●- Perform other activities under the guidance and supervision of the manager. ●Requirements- Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics or related fields. ●- Desirable: Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Controllership or related areas. ●- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits. ●- Deep knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e. ●G. ●, Hay, Mercer). ●- Advanced experience with BI tools and Excel. ●- Knowledge of labor and tax legislation, as well as strategic compensation practices. ●#J-18808-Ljbffr.
