- Ensino superior completo ou cursando, ou formação técnica;
- Experiência na área comercial B2B, com atuação em prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos clientes;
- Perfil hunter, orientação para resultados e habilidade para conduzir negociações ao longo do ciclo de vendas;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office e familiaridade com CRM e indicadores comerciais;
- Inglês e/ou espanhol serão considerados diferenciais e importantes para o desenvolvimento na carreira.
- Realizar visitas comerciais para entender as necessidades dos clientes, apresentar produtos e propor soluções adequadas;
- Gerenciar o funil de vendas, desde a prospecção e abertura de oportunidades até o fechamento e o acompanhamento pós-venda;
- Desenvolver novos clientes e mercados, com atuação predominantemente hunter e foco no atingimento das metas comerciais;
- Manter o CRM atualizado, acompanhar KPIs e elaborar relatórios sobre visitas, oportunidades, projetos e vendas;
- Participar de treinamentos, feiras e eventos do setor, quando aplicável.
