Estamos contratando pessoas com experiência comercial para integrar nosso time de Vendas.
Sobre a vaga
Buscamos um(a) BDR com foco principal em prospecção ativa (outbound) para gerar oportunidades qualificadas para nosso time de Executivos de Contas.
Você vai atuar na linha de frente da nossa estratégia comercial, identificando e abordando prospects com potencial de se tornarem clientes Quickin, sempre em parceria próxima com o time de vendas e a liderança comercial.
Responsabilidades
Prospectar ativamente novos leads (outbound) por meio de cold call, cold e-mail, LinkedIn e outros canais
Pesquisar e mapear empresas e contatos com fit para o produto Quickin (ICP).
Qualificar leads segundo critérios definidos, identificando dor, momento e potencial de fechamento.
Agendar reuniões qualificadas para os Executivos de Contas.
Registrar e manter atualizadas todas as interações no CRM.
Colaborar com marketing e vendas para refinar continuamente o ICP e as abordagens de prospecção.
Bater metas de atividades (cadência de contatos) e de reuniões geradas.
Acompanhar indicadores de conversão do funil de prospecção e propor melhorias no processo.

Requisitos
O que preciso ter:
Requisitos
– Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em prospecção ativa/outbound (BDR, SDR ou função similar)
– Experiência com ferramentas de CRM e prospecção (ex: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ou similares)
– Comunicação escrita e verbal excelente, com capacidade de gerar interesse rapidamente
– Resiliência e organização para lidar com alto volume de tentativas e rejeição
– Perfil analítico, orientado a métricas e melhoria contínua de processo
– Vivência em vendas B2B é um diferencial
– Experiência ou familiaridade com o mercado de RH/recrutamento é um diferencial
