• Strong experience with Delphi development
• Experience with InterBase database-driven applications
• Fluent English both written and spoken
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems is advantageousWorking Hours
• Full-time position (44 hours per week)
