• Leading and supporting a small team of engineers across key product initiatives
• Providing mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to developers
• Driving best practices across software development, delivery, and collaboration
• Remaining hands-on with development across backend and frontend systems
• Designing and building scalable backend APIs using Ruby on Rails
• Developing modern frontend applications with React. ●Js
• Working closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to solve user problems
• Supporting continuous improvement across architecture, processes, and team performanceWhat Theyre Looking For:
• Strong commercial software engineering experience
• Previous experience leading or managing small engineering teams
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and supporting engineer development
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React. ●Js
• Comfortable operating in a hands-on leadership role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Passion for building scalable products and high-performing teamsTech Stack:
