We are seeking a highly motivated, courageous and experienced Product Manager (Indication Brand Lead) to lead the strategic direction and commercial execution of Dupixent® for EoE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis) in Brazil. This is a high-impact role within Sanofi's Specialty Care — Immunology franchise, responsible for driving brand performance in gastroenterology, accelerating bio penetration, developing gastroenterology market and ensuring Dupixent® reaches the patients who need it most. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic brand owner, orchestrating cross-functional efforts across Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Patient Advocacy & Public Affairs, Regulatory and GTMC to deliver outstanding business results. This role requires a blend of strong analytical thinking, creative/bold marketing vision, and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Main Responsabilities:

• Strategic Brand Planning & P&L Management : Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan for Dupixent® EoE in Brazil, with P&L ownership, revenue target delivery, and optimized resource allocation

• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence : Conduct in-depth market analyses (patient journey, sizing, competitive landscape), monitor market activities, and prepare strategies for future biologic competition in Gastroenterology

• Marketing Campaign Development & Execution : Design and implement integrated multichannel campaigns for HCPs, patients, and payers, with promotional materials, scientific content, and educational resources in regulatory compliance

• Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with KOLs (gastroenterologists, allergists, pediatricians), foster patient advocacy initiatives, and engage payers to accelerate market access goals

• Cross-Functional Team Leadership : Lead and coordinate the Dupixent® brand team, including Medical Affairs, Sales Force, Market Access, Regulatory, Communications, Public Affairs, and GTMC, promoting a culture of agility and patient-centricity

• Budget Management & ROI Optimization : Manage promotional budget for Dupixent® EoE, evaluate marketing initiative ROI in compliance with regulations, and present business reviews and forecasts to senior leadership

• Launch Planning for New Indications : Lead planning and execution of future Dupixent® indication launches in Brazil, coordinating pre-launch activities (market shaping, HCP education, access preparation)

• Digital Marketing & Omnichannel Strategies : Design and implement omnichannel engagement strategies for HCPs and patients, leveraging digital tools, CRM platforms, and analytics to personalize and optimize engagement

• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence : Ensure all marketing activities comply with ANVISA regulations, Sanofi's internal policies, and Brazilian pharmaceutical industry code of conduct (Interfarma)

• Global & Local Influence : Prepare business plans for EoE acceleration in Brazil and influence global and local stakeholders, aligning local strategies with global Dupixent® brand direction

Managers

• Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

• Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the well-being of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.

About you

• Experience :

  • 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing

  • Prior experience in Specialty Care, biologics, or immunology/Gastroenterology preferred

  • Proven track record in brand management with direct P&L responsibility

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; proficiency in data interpretation and market research

  • Familiarity with ANVISA regulations and Brazilian pharmaceutical marketing guidelines

• Soft and technical skills :

  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen — Ability to translate market insights into actionable brand strategies with measurable business impact

  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration — Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority and inspire/influence diverse teams toward a common goal

  • Data-Driven Decision Making — Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide strategic choices

  • Customer-Centric Mindset — Deep understanding of HCP and patient needs, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes

  • Innovation & Agility — Openness to new approaches, ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic market environment and agility on how to manages and operates cross functionally

  • Communication & Presentation Skills — Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences

  • Digital Marketing Expertise — Experience with omnichannel strategies, digital platforms, and CRM tools in a pharmaceutical context

  • Project Management — Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

• Languages : Portuguese (Brazil) and English
