Product Manager (On & Off ramp)

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about crypto and digital assets, and eager to shape the next generation of cross-border payment products. What you’ll do

• Be the first crypto hiring in our São Paulo office working closely with the main team which is Paris based. 
• Help define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap for crypto and stablecoin features within Ebury bank’s (Brazilian entity) perimeter.
• Take a hands-on role in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, be an owner of the products you ship.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary and cross-country team focused on product; Work with agile methodologies, managing sprints, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor product KPIs and leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need

• Mandatory: Previous experience in Fintech within a Crypto or Digital Assets domain (specifically handling stablecoins, wallets, or Web3 technologies).
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, payments, and wallet infrastructures.
• Experience with third-party on and off-ramp providers.
• Experience leading vendor evaluations, integrations, and performance management.
• Analytical thinking and proficiency with system design discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and geographies to drive alignment and execution.

Nice to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience building platforms that serve both B2B and B2B2C use cases.
• Strong familiarity with traditional payments infrastructure, FX, or regulated financial services .
