Marketing Associate, Brazil

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles.
• Proven ability to build rapport, conduct discovery, and engage in relationship‑based selling.
• Ability to work independently in an emerging market while coordinating with U.S.-based teams.
• Comfortable traveling 20-30% across LATAM for events and customer meetings.
• Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure, processes, and local insights from scratch.
