Hypertherm Associates is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our US Distribution Center team residing in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Logistics Specialist, you will help us manage inventory, import, and assist in transport.

As a Logistics Specialist you will:

Coordinate with stakeholders on tasks, monitor shipments, and optimize inventory levels and cost

Support Sales Support team with feedback and ensure smooth order fulfillment through effective communication

Adhere to Oracle replenishment processes, maintain inventory management, and conduct regular inventory cycle counts

Build relationships with teams to facilitate process improvement, host audits, and follow up on corrective actions

Understand, report warehouse KPIs, and maintain inventory reporting databases and data archives

Who you are and the experience you bring:

Bachelor’s Degree with 1 -2 years of Inventory Management or Logistics experience

Basic Oracle or ERP experience

WMS experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Analytical aptitude with problem solving skills

Self-motivated with proven record of taking the initiative

Ability to speak, read and write in English

Preferred experience that differentiates you:

Demonstrated supply chain experience with transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

Yellow Belt certification (training will be required once hired)

Advanced WMS/ERP Experience including basic understanding of RF functionality

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Active membership in professional organization to maintain best practice awareness

Team player
