Marketing Analyst (B2B Commodity Market Data)

What we’re looking for

Argus is seeking a Pleno Marketing Analyst to join the LATAM Marketing Team based in São Paulo.

This role plays a key part in executing integrated demand generation initiatives across Latin America and supporting event-led marketing activities across the Americas. The primary objective is to generate high-quality leads, expand market engagement and strengthen Argus’ brand presence locally.

Working closely with the Americas Regional Marketing Team, this position acts as the main local execution support to the Marketing Manager and a key point of contact for São Paulo-based stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Editorial and Client Services.

What will you be doing

· Execute and optimise multi-channel lead-generation campaigns, including events, webinars, email marketing and social media;

· Plan and deliver marketing events end-to-end (workshops, forums, client events, webinars and third-party conferences), ensuring high-quality execution and attendee experience;

· Source venues, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;

· Coordinate all event logistics, timelines and deliverables, acting as the operational lead across internal and external stakeholders;

· Support budget tracking, forecasting and cost control for campaigns and events;

· Ensure all activities align with global marketing standards, including brand, compliance and quality guidelines;

· Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns and content for the LATAM audience;

· Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence;

· Track and analyse performance metrics (leads, MQLs, engagement, ROI), providing actionable insights

Skills and Experience

· 3–4 years of experience in a global or regional marketing environment

· Proven hands-on experience with lead generation and event execution across formats

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field

· Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus

· Strong execution skills with focus on pipeline growth and brand visibility

· Ability to work autonomously while aligned with regional and global teams

· Excellent organizational and project management skills

· Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance

· Cross-functional collaboration skills

· Strong communication skills and proactive attitude

Pursuant to Brazilian current legislation and for so long as such legislation shall remain in force, you are entitled to receive:
