O trabalho do Community Manager será essencial para fortalecer esse ecossistema: aproximar pessoas, estimular networking, aumentar o engajamento e garantir que os membros tenham uma experiência cada vez melhor.
A comunidade também funciona como um importante radar para a empresa. Por isso, além de cuidar das interações, essa pessoa terá espaço para identificar padrões, demandas, oportunidades e pontos de atenção que surgem naturalmente entre os membros.
Principais atividades
- Gerenciar os grupos de WhatsApp e manter a comunidade ativa;
- Recepcionar novos membros e estimular a interação;
- Criar pautas, enquetes e conteúdos para gerar engajamento;
- Fazer contato individual com membros e acompanhar possíveis insatisfações;
- Incentivar a participação em aulas, lives e eventos;
- Apoiar a organização e comunicação de eventos;
- Coletar feedbacks, NPS e depoimentos;
- Identificar oportunidades de conexão entre os membros;
- Organizar materiais, gravações e conteúdos da comunidade;
- Acompanhar o engajamento dos grupos e apresentar os principais insights para a empresa.
O que a empresa busca
A posição pede experiência prévia com comunidades, atendimento, relacionamento ou redes sociais. É importante que a pessoa tenha facilidade para lidar com diferentes perfis e consiga acompanhar diversas conversas simultaneamente.
Requisitos
- Experiência com gestão de comunidades online, redes sociais ou grupos;
- Vivência com atendimento, relacionamento com clientes ou moderação;
- Conhecimento de WhatsApp e ferramentas de organização;
- Capacidade de criar pautas e ações para estimular engajamento;
- Noções de NPS e coleta de feedback qualitativo;
- Familiaridade com ferramentas como Notion;
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Comunicação, Marketing, Relações Públicas,
- Publicidade ou áreas correlatas é desejável, mas não eliminatório.
- Experiência com educação, infoprodutos, comunidades ou eventos será considerada um diferencial.
